Two of the world’s largest multilateral organizations will determine if China’s imperialistic totalitarianism will succeed where the Soviet Union’s failed: NATO and the Commonwealth’s membership.

The diplomacy evidence record is replete with evidence that both perceive Chinada's insidiously evolving threat as most serious and have taken concrete incremental steps to protect all the gains made by democracy since the European birth of the modern state.

Her Royal Highness knew as She prepared to meet Her sovereignty delegates on November 27, 2009 all eyes would be upon Her.  Whether She employ the lexicon to signal Her on-going coalition membership was in the fore of all attendees thoughts.  The Commonwealth membership knew She’d taken the bold but absolutely necessary step of revoking political authority from Canada’s Security of Information Act and UN Charter violating malfeasant on May 8, 2007 so they couldn’t sustain China’s de facto governance status and the continued militarization of the country, were aware coalition leaders elected the Custodian-in-Council’s first Chief Executive in April 2009 and had followed the daily goings-on in the East-West Corridor of Diplomacy since each joined the global partnership.

For Her public appearances on the 27th She employed the lexicon in a most pronounced fashion a coalition identifying three times to underscore Her commitment to the organization and coalition’s foundational principles, values and beliefs.

The first was at the very beginning of Her visit, employing the lexiconic constituents signifying coalition membership (X2) and the ratification of Her Custodian Chief’s damages:

For Her event-opening speech, She employed a coalition identifier and again indicated She was in full agreement with the assessment of Her Custodian Chief’s damages; this time using the Presidential quantum constituent of the lexicon:

In my view one of the core strengths of the Commonwealth lies in the committment to common goals and values.  Our shared pledge to the pursuit of peace, liberty and progress that my father helped to enshrine in the London Declaration in 1949 means as much today as it did then.  We cherish freedom, democracy and development as dearly as ever.

But the Commonwealth's strength lies as much in people as it does in values.

The Commonwealth can be proud of the fact that in each of its six decades it has shaped the international response to emerging global challenges.

[I]t is not enough to look within the boundaries of the Commonwealth. In a world where political, economic and environmental problems and opportunities cross continents, the Commonwealth will also need to prove its relevance beyond its own borders and develop a truly global perspective.

[…]

And with these challenges in mind I am delighted to declare open this twentieth meeting of the Commonwealth Heads of Government.

And when She met with Canada’s constitutionally and internationally delegitimized political leader, the choice, appropriately, was the lexiconic constituent for condemnation. In the background was a third instance of quantum ratification and prison certainty.

Undeniably, if She could have avoided meeting the Canadian who put his full support behind China’s secret joint rule and militarization, enslaving human experimentation, hypno-torture and economic genocide of the country’s aboriginals and perpetuated "go f _ _ k yourselves" “climate of fear” economy monopolization and wealth plundering gangster government She would have.  But the coalition has gone to great lengths to keep up the appearance of normal international relations so that covert regime change, asset seizure and 'Iron Fist' imprisonment can be effected.

One Commonwealth leader who wants to be on the diplomatic record as taking a front-and-center roll is Australia’s Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, who arranged for this instance of Photographic Diplomacy:
